Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the itera.study website and the @itera_edu_bot Telegram bot (together, the "Service"), provided by Oleksii Hyria, an individual ("we", "us"). By using the Service you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Itera provides learning materials, practice questions, and exercises to prepare for a Strong Middle+ Business Analyst interview. The Service is purely an educational tool and is not:

• An accredited educational institution or license holder
• A guarantee of employment or of passing any interview
• Legal, career, or other professional advice

3. Registration and account

Using the Telegram bot requires a Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure — we do not store passwords and have no access to your Telegram account.

4. Paid access (PRO)

As of this version of the Terms, Itera has no active paid features — all content is free. If and when a paid tier ("PRO") is introduced, its terms and pricing will be described separately in the Payment & Refund Policy, and using paid features will mean you agree to it.

5. Intellectual property

All Service content (texts, questions, explanations, course structure) belongs to Itera or is used lawfully. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Service materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• The outcome of your interview or job search
• The accuracy or completeness of learning materials at any given time
• Changes in employer requirements or in the BA profession itself
• Telegram outages or technical failures

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Automatically scrape or harvest data
• Resell or transfer access to third parties
• Pursue any unlawful purpose

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
