We collect the minimum amount of data needed to run itera.study. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

1. Data controller

The data controller for itera.study is Oleksii Hyria (an individual). Contact for data questions: [email protected].

Contact-form messages are forwarded directly as an email to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing — the site does not keep a separate database of these messages.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity: they load only after your explicit consent in the cookie banner
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for replying to contact-form messages, and for Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify users personally

4. Retention periods

Contact-form emails — kept in the [email protected] inbox until we delete them manually
Google Analytics 4 — per Google’s retention settings, a minimum of 14 months for user- and event-level data
Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics — per each provider’s own policy (links in section 5)

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Disclosure only happens if required by law or a court order.

GA4 and Clarity set these cookies only after your consent in the banner. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies at all — metrics are counted without cookies and without fingerprinting.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or another country with similar legislation, you have the right to:

Access — get a copy of your data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — delete your data
Restriction of processing
Data portability
Object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] — we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.

8. Your choice on analytics

You can decline optional analytics (GA4, Clarity) in the cookie banner or clear cookies in your browser at any time — this won’t restrict access to the site’s content.

9. Security

itera.study is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages; all connections are secured with TLS/HTTPS. Contact-form messages are not stored in a site database — they are forwarded directly as an email.

10. Telegram bot

If you use the @itera_edu_bot bot, data handling there is governed separately by Telegram’s terms and the bot’s own logic. This page covers only the itera.study website.

We may update this page — the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
