Payment & Refund Policy

As of today, itera.study and the @itera_edu_bot bot have no paid features — all content is free. This document describes the model that will apply once a paid tier (PRO) launches, published in advance so the terms are transparent from the start.

1. Current status

As of the last update to this page, all Itera materials are free. No payment system is connected. This document is a forward-looking draft, not a description of an already-active payment process.

2. Planned payment model

Once a paid access tier launches:

Payments will go through a certified payment provider
Pricing and payment methods will be published on the site and in the bot before the paid feature is turned on
This page will be updated with a new "Updated" date before payments go live

3. Right of withdrawal for digital content

As with most digital educational services, once access to paid digital content begins, the right of withdrawal (a refund-window equivalent) is expected not to apply if you explicitly confirm immediate access and waive that right at the moment of payment.

This wording is preliminary: the exact legal basis (directive/law reference) will be added to the final version of this page once the service’s jurisdiction is determined — see the Privacy Policy, supervisory-authority section.

4. Refunds

Since there are no paid features yet, refunds do not apply. Once paid access exists, the main exception for a refund will be a technical failure — access not activating after a successful payment.
